Press releases on NewsTonight 18 are authored by their submitters. We act as a distribution channel and do not independently fact-check or endorse submitted material.

By submitting, you confirm you hold necessary rights to the content, that it is truthful, and that it does not violate any law or regulation.

5. Third-Party Content & Attribution

NewsTonight 18 displays news headlines aggregated from publicly available news feeds via the MediaStack news API, keyword-filtered to New York and the tri-state area. We display only the headline, a short excerpt, thumbnail, and timestamp. Every headline links to the original article. We do not republish or modify article bodies. All content remains the property of its respective publisher. NewsTonight 18 is not affiliated with any broadcast network or media organization.

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative who believes content should be removed, email press@newstonight18.statesyncrecordermedia.com. We will remove cited content within 48 hours.
